International Orders:
Minimum order for International Orders - $100.00 plus shipping. Please call us for shipping and billing information. Overseas orders may be prepaid with international bank check or money order payable through U.S. bank in U.S. funds, or bank funds transfer (TT). Electronix Express reserves the right to request pre-payment by above options only.

Minimum Order:
US, US Protectorate, APO/FPO and Canadian Orders - $20 minimum for merchandise, shipping extra. For orders less than $20, an additional handling fee may be charged.
International Orders - $100 minimum for merchandise, shipping extra

Delivery:
Orders are shipped FOB origin. Normal method via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground or FedEx ground for lower 48 states. UPS and FedEx requires street addresses (no PO boxes, APOs, FPOs, MPOs). Specify instructions for international orders. Hawaii and Alaska via UPS blue. Please specify for UPS next day, 2nd day or 3rd day.

Back Orders:
We stock most items listed in this catalog. Any item not available for immediate shipment will be back ordered. Please advise us if you do not wish to accept or pay for a partial shipment.

Claims and Returns:
A) No returns without a valid return authorization number (RMA NUMBER) issued by Electronix Express. Download RMA Request Form
B) No collect or COD returns.
C) All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
D) All returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
E) Items returned due to customer error may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge.
F) "Special Ordered Items" and custom packages are non-returnable.
G) Defective merchandise will be replaced if it is returned within 90 days of receipt and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. This warranty does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been soldered or altered during assembly. In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price.
H) H) No refunds on shipping charges on returns.
