These high quality waveform generators use advanced DDS technology. Output waveforms include: Sine, Square, Ramp, Triangle, Pulse, Noise, DC and Arbitrary. Output amplitude 10mV to 10Vpp (50 ohms) or 20mV to 20Vpp (High Z).

• Interface: USB, LAN, GPIB, RS232, USG Host to support USB flash, USB printer
• Built in pulse generator with adjustable width and edge.
• 100Msa/s max. sample rate and 40MHz max. output rate, 14 bits vertical resolution, 512K points of memory depth (Models DG2021A / DG2041A)
• 300 Msa/s max. sample rate and 120MHz max. output rate, 14 bits vertical resolution, 1M points of memory depth (Models DG3061A, DG3101A, DG3121A)
• Large color screen (Models DG3061A, DG3101A, DG3121A)
• Modulation: AM, FM, PM, FSK, PWM
• Sweep: Linear or Log, Burst
• Digital Logic Output Module (optional): The first mixed signal generator (MSG) with 16 digital data channnels and 2 clock channels
