Tektronix digital phosphor technology enables the user to see, save and study complex signals in real time, rendering rich, color-saturated intensity-graded waveform images from the three dimensions of signal information. Optional application modules are available to transform the TDS3000B Series models into specialized tools for telecommunications mask testing, limit testing and video.

Select 100MHz, 300MHz, 500MHz, or 600MHz models.
Built-in floppy disk drive.

DPO real-time color display.
Up to 5GS/s sample rate (TDS3052B, TDS3044B, TDS3054B and TDS3064B).
