Programmable five instruments in one. Versatile, affordable and space-saving. Ideal for education, R and D, manufacturing test systems or service and repair. Along with a 20MHz loaded function generator, Model 4051 also comes with a triple output power supply, universal logic probe, auto ranging frequency counter and a digital volt meter.
